  1. Some great information on highly nutritional fruit and veggies so very important in a balanced diet which, when combined with exercise should enable you to keep your weight in check. To add to your list I would include as suggestions pumpkin, spinach, and walnuts.

    As a fiber source, I would prefer the better option of whole grain oats than wheat as oats takes longer for the body to digest which is better for you.

  2. Hey Simon this is a great post and very rich with great information. I love all the foods you you mentioned especially the sweet potatoes. If I’m trying to lose a little weight on my tummy what kind of diet would you recommend? I’m trying to lose the bottom fat of my tummy, I can’t seem to get the last 2 abs to pop out to complete my 6 pack, any recommendations?

  5. These are great food recommendations! Another tip that I learned, was to eat foods with lots of water in them and cut your sugar. You won’t believe how addicting sugar is until after you cut back on it lol

    1. haha thanks for you comment mate and yes I would actually, from personal experience. You are also right foods like the cucumber have a massive amount of water content and are therefore very healthy foods to eat.
