As I will say in other posts on this website, You should start to do some research. Buy healthy food magazines. Or, if you cannot afford to do that, then take a notepad an pen down to your local library.
Look up the foods there and start to write them down. Remember, only the ones that you like, as you need to look forward to your meals. And not have to dislike what you will be cooking.
I am sure that I do not need to tell you this. But, as much as you may like the way you eat at the moment. I am sorry to say that it is more than likely a lot of “Junk” foods that you are having.
And, as you may or may not be aware, certain foods are right for you, and certain ones are not. So please, choose wisely and only buy healthy foods.

Yes, it will be tough, and yes it will feel uncomfortable. Especially until you do it enough times. Oh and please, whatever you do, do NOT think this. That the higher your heart rate is then, the more weight, you will lose.

However, I am aware of what you are thinking right now. “Why say the word exercise.” But, I am afraid that you need to do some if you are to lose weight. I’m sorry, but this is a fact. Do not get me wrong, as I will say in other posts.
When you have diet and exercise together, you will win the fight against your weight. In other words, you need to do both of these.
Below this will be a list of exercise equipment you can buy. REMEMBER, you need some. It will make your life so much easier. AND you will also save a lot of time, instead of having to travel to the gym.
As much as you may wish to forget doing these two things, YOU HAVE TO DO THEM.
