If you feel that you need a quick snack and head for the grill to do some cheese on toast, then, STOP for a minute. Instead, why not make it an excellent healthy snack? Were you classing that as a treat? If not do then you should.

And then exercise after you have had a time of relaxation when you’ve eaten, (Leave it for half an hour, that will allow the digestion process to begin). If you don’t wait, you will be wasting one of the best diets to lose weight fast and then you will carry on spending your precious money.
