Unless of course, You want to take the easy option. And most dangerous one, which is the one about taking these so called miracle cure pills? I am NOT on about true supplements here as we are all aware of how beneficial they can be. I am on about all of these super great quick weight loss pills that either do nothing or can permanently damage you.
Or even end cause the death of some poor misinformed person. A girl over here in the UK died recently after taking one. (summer 2015)
Some of these so called aids actually contain stimulants such as subutramine. This could be fatal as it can cause heart attacks. It is merely another name for the banned prescription weight loss “aid” Meridia. This is also know to induce strokes in individuals. You see, how is the ordinary guy meant to know what ingredient is what as if they are sold then they must have been tested and approved! Right? Not the case.
Most (not all) of these pills are sold on the internet but I think that the makers are just praying on the vulnerable and desperate people who really do think that this is the way to achieve the best weight loss. It does more than annoy me.
“Dietary supplements may represent the next big catastrophe” says eminent cardiologist Dr Steven Nisson. I personally think that he was only loosely using the word supplement there in that sentence. He was referring to diet pills for a certainty.
Make Your Weight Loss Attempt Be Your Best Effort
You could just go on a diet? Why not reduce your carbohydrate and calorie intake. Sure you might lose a little weight, but this pales by comparison of what weight loss can really be achieved when you combine your diet with some good old fashioned exercise.
Next I am going to enlighten you as to the right kind of balanced diet to consume . Mix it up a bit but try and consume some of these foodstuffs on a daily basis.
A balanced diet should consist of

- Proteins – 15%
- Fats – 25% – 35%

Vitamin A, B6, B12, C, D, E and K are by far the most important ones to have on board. If your diet you have chosen does not contain one or more of these then you should seek out and do some research towards taking a vitamin supplement for whichever one or more you are deficient or lacking.
The absolute essential minerals are calcium, Iron, potassium, selenium, sodium and magnesium. Again if you are distinctly lacking in any of these minerals you should adjust your diet accordingly or take the supplement form. But, do your RESEARCH on the product before you go to purchase them. It is not difficult.
You should always eat a balanced diet and maintain it to help to avoid the onset of any nasty diseases. It will without any doubt also help you to control your weight much better.
So Make The Best Of Bad Times
Be honest with yourself, do you truly feel that you could benefit with the best weight loss out there? Make the best of bad times because you must be sick of wearing the same items of clothing day in and day out? You probably do this because they feel comfortable to wear and most of your other clothes now no longer fit you. Am I right?
Your favourite pants/Trousers are no longer fastening around the waste? Your shirts will not fasten because the do not fit either on your shoulders or mid- rift, am I getting close? I know what this is like because I had this exact same problem.
But do you know what. It was only when I finally decided to DO SOMETHING ABOUT this weight that I was gaining , and I mean really knew I must take action, that I felt an enormous sense of relief as my focus changed towards my goal which was to begin with to live a much healthier life. Quickly followed by weight loss. You see I knew the two would go hand in hand so I knew I was going to be killing two birds with one stone.
Is doing minimal physical activity leaving you short of breath. Like just nipping upstairs to fetch something. Then on your return it takes you a few minutes to catch your breath?
