    Thank you for this post on can I lose weight fast? I have been looking at a diet plan and I’m not sure if it is legit. How fast do you think it is possible to lose weight? This plan promises at least 6 lbs in 2 weeks but it also said there have been cases where people have lost over 16lbs in 2 weeks. I find this hard to believe so that why I’m a bit reluctant to buy the plan.

    I think it would suit me as I am able to maintain my weight (although I am about 30lbs overweight) but I always have trouble losing it. If this diet works then I could return to my ordinary eating habits afterward.

      Yes, I was thinking very similar things to you when I first heard of the 2-Week diet. However, upon further research, I came to the conclusion that it appears to be a great program. Take a look at these real customer reviews on the very REPUTABLE site Trustpilot. They mostly gave it a five-star rating.
