  1. I believe that these so called diet pills have the same effect on the human body as speed (methamphetamine) does. They make you want to clean the house, get things done.

    Methamphetamine, according to research I read somewhere, dampens the appetite and puts your mind into a more focussed state of wanting to be active, not sitting about watching the television.

    They ain’t natural, they ain’t what nature intended, it’s always best to stay away from unnatural remedies and go the natural route with any aspect of your health. You are what you eat and that includes the diet pills and other junk we put into our bodies on a daily basis.

    I like natural remedies any day of the week. In fact the only pharmaceuticals that pass my lips are paracetamol, for fever and pain such as headaches. I know that paracetamol if over used can cause liver problems. You don’t get stuff like that if you choose to naturally lose it!

  2. I agree that diet pills are not the answer. When I was a teen, I tried some Dexatrim before going to the fair. I thought I was going to get sick after riding the swings. People need to learn that you have to exercise and have a good diet of protein, dairy and different colours of fruits and veggies.

    Even with supplements, some people think that you can take them and not improve your diet and exercise routine. Supplements are just like they sound. They supplement your diet and exercise.

  6. I say 70% diet, 30% exercise. If just diet alone you might shed a few puonds, but not many, but if you exercise alot, then eat what you want it pretty much cancels out the exercising.References :

    • Omega-3 fatty acids, or fish oil, are polyunsaturated fats found in fish, fish oil, and in the form of supplements. They typically consist of a combination of polyunsaturated fatty acids that include DHA which is good cholesterol.) This is not bad for the heart. Personally i would get my omega 3 oils from eating fish mate. FACT
