The problem is that the diet is hard to sustain when you have so many days of break, and can also create a sense of yo-yo dieting.
The low-calorie count can also put your body into starvation mode, which slows down your metabolism and you’ll end up packing more pounds after your diet.
Fad Diets To Avoid #2: The Cotton Ball Diet
Although this diet says danger all over it, many people that still follow the trend.
The diet involves substituting a meal with five cotton balls dipped in orange juice, lemonade or a smoothie to help you feel full. However, cotton balls are full of dangerous chemicals that will hurt your body and severely obstruct your intestinal tract. Eating them can be life-threatening.
