Now pasta can be somewhat of a nightmare for our weight. And from a personal point of view, I absolutely love it. And what has made this even better is the fact that I know I  eat pasta that is far healthier for me.

But, what am I saying? Well, I eat whole wheat pasta. Brown pasta is nowhere near as bad for your weight as “normal” pasta is. It has much less of a carbohydrate content.
