Of course, talking about exercise will have to be very general. Why? Because each of us is comfortable with and like different types of it.
So, basically, when you do choose one of these 2. Either the exercise or activity. As long as it will get your heart pumping to 140+ beats per minute. That is great. Only when it reaches this number will the body begin to “Burn Fat”. Therefore, do something that gets the blood moving around your body. Such as tennis for an example, As playing chess will not help you lol.
Ideally, you should choose running. Or, as a matter of fact, a better choice than this is to do/play a team sport. Not only is it very sociable to mix with other “Players”. It will also be more fun. And this is very important. As when things are fun they do not feel like so much hard work. In other words, you will be getting healthy and all the time, be too busy with other people’s company to notice this FACT.
