  • They are a brilliant source of phosphorous. Which as some of us may know, is an essential thing in keeping strength in our bones. So overall bone development and growth. They are also useful for strengthening teeth.
  • They contain a  high amount of zinc. Zinc is responsible for keeping your immune system running at full capacity.
  • You can find iron too in these delicious foodstuffs. Lack of iron can sometimes be the reason if we are feeling agitated or irritable, even sleepy and tired.

A single medium-sized calorie will only be 65 – 72 calories and having all this goodness in them. Well, we do not find that to be a very high figure, as you can eat them in some ways.

I had been eating that everyday while pregnant is was almost like comforting food and full of nutritious values more Then I thought because I was taking on the side more vitamins. let they say we learn everyday that is awesome!

    1. haha you are welcome and it sounds like you inadvertently took on aggs boards and hence some great nutrition even tho’ you were unaware. Do you still eat them at all?

  2. Eggs are awesome to eat every day. They have no carbs so they can’t make you gain weight. Adding some mozzarella cheese to the mix makes them absolutely delish. I used to always make sunny side up eggs but I’ve become impatient with that so I usually just scrambel now. But yeah, eggs all the way 🙂

    1. Ha Ha yes eggs all the way. I just boil and peel four eggs and mask them in a bowl with some mayonnaise light, its lovely and full of goodness especially protein :)) thanks for the comment.

  3. Thanks for the information on some of the nutrition in eggs. I eat eggs as a regular part of my diet and think that they are a great and convinient source of protein. Plus they are loaded with a lot of nutrients that you mentioned. But I did not realize that they reduced the amount of other foods eaten.

Thanks for your excellent review on such a nice food that I really enjoy,eggs.So simple to prepare(if any) and easy to cook.I like eggs cooked in water,boiled or poached with some toast and butter or I like egg samwiches in butter.I am glad to hear that eggs are so healthy for me and contains good vitamins,maybe eggs can be considered a superfood?.
