  1. I like the way you say, healthy food does not need to taste bad. Yes, true, however, remember what is our taste and brain triggering? Salt and all the bad things buzz our brain. I tried to reduce my salt with success, meat cooking without salt is not a bad thing and it helps.

    1. It does, and it is like everything else, we get used to eating certain foods, mostly sweet sugary foods. However, all is not lost. Yes, granted, you will lose a lot of the sweet flavor (For an example) when you cut back on this.

      Although it is just a case of retraining our taste buds, my friend. You will then try the sweet tasting foods and dislike them because you will find them TOO SWEET lol.
