  3. Wow this is a great article, I’m glad I stumbled across it because now I see where my problem is with trying to lose weight. I do the exercise part but I had failed to empty my cabinet of all the junk food I have. Now I think about it, I catch myself getting a snack or 3 when I’m bored and that’s what causes me to have no good results. I think I’m going to go shopping for healthier snacks and clean out my bad ones. Do you have any recommendations for good healthy snacks?

  4. I have never had specific goals or target to reach when it came to weight loss, after reading your post how to start losing weight fast I think I need to start setting goals as that would be more motivating than to think about losing weight in general.
    I wanted to ask you how effective HIIT exercises are and if there is any alternative to that because for some reason I always find them extremely tiring and after a while even feel nauseated.

    I understand that combining a proper diet plan with right exercises is all one needs for losing wait, but I often find it difficult to maintain that balance.

    When I started the weight loss program, I focused on only two things.
    They are my diet and my workout.

    I avoided all processed foods. Only eat what nature had provided.
    My workout is HIIT Cardio. That works best for me.

    My wife is always on a diet and she never finishes them, I think she gets frustrated when she doesn’t lose weight as fast as she wants, I think that your recommendation of having a weight target can do the trick, having a certain number in your head will most likely give her something to chase and motivate her enough to not give up.

    1. It will friend, definitely will which is why I strongly do recommend that your wife works one out for herself. A word of caution. She should not make it an unrealistic target though. If you do make it unrealistic then when it is not met or beaten the chances of feeling demoralised and downtrodden and even giving up are much greater mate, so BE REALISTIC
