  1. Hello! What an interesting article about is cinnamon bad for you you have here. I’ve always loved putting cinnamon into my coffee or yogurt in the mornings and now I’m kinda worried I might have been taking too much since you stated it can cause liver problems if you take it continuously. How much would be too much if you take it daily or every other day? Thanks for the info 🙂

    1. Hi and firstly thank you for the comment and secondly sir I would stick to every 2 days. You do not want to risk over consumption AND as everyone has different tolerances it is better to be safe tan sorry!

    1. I am so sorry because of how long it has taken for you to receive my response Spela. Thanks for your comment, moreover, with diarrhea, commonly taken it does NOT cause it, no. That is unless you have an allergy to it. Then it may cause a little stomach upset.
