Because there is a saying in the industry that goes – “You can’t out-train a bad diet.” That is very true indeed, as there is no point in exercising if, firstly, you don’t fix this.

    1. Exactly right Dinh, eating healthily has to be a big part of your weight loss attempt. That is because there is a true saying that “Diet begins in the kitchen.” That is so true and you must address it.

      Because, as you quite rightly say, the weight will “Stay off longer” if you do sort it out. That is if you also exercise, of course.

      And in answer to your question, what will have this book is unlike other clean eating books out there, it doesn’t just tell you how. No, it also will tell you WHY you need to do clean eating AND ALSO WHEN.
