    My problem is that I like eating lots, yet I’m not really overweight. This just means that I’m sure I eat way too much, because generally speaking I get away with it.

    But, even though I’m slimish, just lately I’ve noticed I’m getting a bit of a belly, so I’d like to lose that, but without losing weight anywhere else! I guess it’s a question of eating plenty but cutting out the stuff that causes fat to sit around my waist, what do you think?

    1. Well, the solution is a simple one. Eat healthily, and when your body needs to burn fat, it will take it from where there is the most so, in other words, your midriff. Only keep up with eating healthily, or it WILL return.
