Lose Your Weight By Knowing Your Fats
If you truly wish to lose your weight, you should definitely be made aware it is without question that the body requires fat in order to function properly.
There are however certain fats that have a detrimental effect on your weight and eventually your overall health. These are saturated fats, Trans- fats and trans -fatty acids.
YOU SHOULD STEER CLEAR OF TRANS-FATS AND SATURATED FATS wherever possible. Can you really say that you wish to eat something that is solid at room temperature?
I doubt it, I know I don’t. So you’re going to need natural weight loss help. However, butter is one such fat so it should be had in moderation.

Monounsaturated fats should also be used in conjunction with polyunsaturated fats to replace the nasty saturated fats which have a negative effect on one’s body and thus health in general.

We have all been made abundantly aware that fatty foods are not good for us. They obviously contribute to an array of health conditions. From obesity to heart problems and many in between.
