If you truly wish to lose your weight, you should definitely be made aware it is without question that the body requires fat in order to function properly.

There are however certain fats that have a detrimental effect on your weight and eventually your overall health. These are saturated fats, Trans- fats and trans -fatty acids.  

YOU SHOULD STEER CLEAR OF TRANS-FATS AND SATURATED FATS wherever possible. Can you really say that you wish to eat something that is solid at room temperature?

I doubt it, I know I don’t. So you’re going to need natural weight loss help. However, butter is one such fat so it should be had in moderation.

And remember if you over indulge then you must plan on some fat /Calorie burning activity to compensate.

Polyunsaturated fat is one such fat. There are two types of this those being omega 3 and 6 which can be found mainly in fish, But it does come in other foods such as flaxseed and wall nuts. Sardines and mackerel are rich in omega 3.

We have all been made abundantly aware that fatty foods are not good for us. They obviously contribute to an array of health conditions. From obesity to heart problems and many in between.

  1. Good information on the kinds of fats. I have quite a considerable active metabolism so although I have a habit on munching on my favorite chocolate bar while watching movies. I also would have an intense workout a couple of times a weeks. I figured that I can maintain a lean physique whilst not going too ‘overboard’ on diets and food I don’t particularly like. So I eat lots of juicy fruits to detoxify my system and plenty of water. I’d prefer not to give my ‘junk’ foods but not completely let go either. Maybe its different for other people.

    1. well I say at least you work out and burn off the “junk” that you ingest. As long as you find the right balance which u obviously seem to have got. Thanks for the kind comment sir much appreciated.
