I Had To Naturally Lose Weight

When I was working in a garden laying some slabs for a new patio when out of nowhere, I became the victim of an accident; I slipped on some mud and BANG! I smashed my head on a brick wall knocking myself out.

    First of all I am sorry to hear about your accident. I do not know what I would have done when something like that had to happen to me. Still, you needed to naturally lose weight and it sounds like you did it 🙂

    The biggest factor in weight loss for me is the amount of energy and toxins that you put into your body. Our bodies were not designed to eat that much food and now we have to suffer for it.

I don’t know if I agree with your comment around saving money while dieting or eating healthily. I have been dieting off and on for 20-odd years and every time we start a diet it seems to cost more. Firstly, there is the initial investment in ‘re-stocking’ the fridge but generally isn’t junk food cheaper than nice, lean cuts of meat, fish, chicken? That’s my experience. Maybe I’m doing something wrong!

  6. I wish everyone who is overweight can stick to a weight plan that you have mentioned throughout your information on naturally lose weight, which is by natural means.

    I know a lot of Polynesian people (Samoans in particular) who have come to the states and became very over weight and I have been told by them that it is because of the food diet change and the different climate conditions.

    I really dont know if this is true or not but do you think it could just be Hereditary?

    1. Weight gain CAN definitely be a hereditary occurrence but in this instance it will more than likely be the change in diet. From going from a healthy established diet to one that is full of rubbish in particular sugar which we should all know is so so bad for us.     In my case, I find whenever I gain weight, it not only affects how I look in my jeans, but it’s also much harder for me to find motivation both mentally and physically, and you are so right that junk food and sweets can be such a trap!

    I can relate to having to lose weight.I have loved to eat all my life, and every time I get nervous, or upset, I tend to overeat. And sure enough I have to get off my butt and get moving.I used to use supplements to help get weight off like green tea tablets, but found out that you just need to eat the right foods, and exercise, and drink water. I now walk each morning at sunrise for thirty minutes, and eat smaller portions. Your website has a ton of information and will book mark this as the information site to go to.I liked your video and will try the 45 second intense moves. Thanks for the info!

  18. You speak the truth that I want to hear – that there is a natural way of losing weight. I have read many news of poor souls that got worse from their taking instant weight-loss drugs, which usually attacks the liver due to its strength, unfortunately, not for slimming, but something else.

    And you say to ‘keep the discipline’. You are right again, my man. It will be worse, when, after slimming down, we get back to the usual fill-up-to-the-brim way of eating.
