    I have a friend who is over 350 lbs and was told he had to lose weight. He is going to the pool 3 times a week for pool exercises. It is a great way to relieve the thigh rubbing and the water makes it easier for him to do exercises. I think he is down about 60 lbs now. Last I spoke to him he was going to start on blender juices. That’s great, right? Green blender juices. Whatever works I guess.
