So I guess you could say these are my two short conflicting methods both of which to me don’t seem right. Eating well will not only get you on the right path to losing lbs. It will ensure a healthy life for all who do it.

Due to my accident where I was unable to walk, hence, the weight gain, I could no longer burn off any calories that I would have.

  4. This is great info. I’ve always been a littke over weight but the last few-months I’ve put on lots of weight due to the arthritis in my foot. I’ve never had issues till a few months ago and now I noticed the weight creeping up on me. I can walk pretty good on it now. I got your advice on nutrition and will try it out but any advice on cardio for soneone with a hurt foot?
