I will tell you the toxic truth sugar is a no-no for any weight loss attempt. Because it is said, it is RESPONSIBLE for our weight gain. Some have even suggested that it should be under a restriction as tobacco and alcohol is.

Another suggestion that will limit the availability of sugar is having a minimum age limit on buying fizzy drinks or doubling their price.

Radical though it may seem it just goes to show what a concern sugar intake is to these eminent people when you have to lose the weight naturally.

They fear that obesity in children is due, in part, to their consumption of these drinks.

There are, of course, various types of sugars as it is naturally occurring in foods. The sugars in milk and fruit, for example, do not need to be restricted. However, moderation is ALWAYS the best option in these matters.

basically to live life you do not need sugarA leading factor in becoming overweight or obese is the foodstuffs with added sugar. They often have this but very few other nutrients.

We should ingest most of our calories from starchy foods (bread) and fruit and vegetables (Which contain far less harmful sugars)

So my recommendation to you on how to lose your fat is to stop drinking the fizzy drinks and replace them with a fruit juice/s. Although most are unsweetened, they do contain some sugars which occur naturally.

So, Try and drink them at mealtimes to lessen any possible harm that it may have on your teeth. Do this, and you will be amazed at how quickly you lose weight naturally just by reducing this intake.

Sparkling Water

A top tip is to add sparkling water to your then diluted fruit juice or wherever possible stick to water. Something that the body relies on anyway. Try and avoid chocolate wherever possible.

You see, once you have got your diet under control all that you need to have is the other half of the equation for your weight loss attempt to be a success. To what am I referring? The exercise, of course.

  1. I completely agree with you. Sugar can be ones worst enemy when losing weight, because it is so addictive. I have tried to eat less delicacy, but it seems almost impossible. Even if I don’t buy anything, there is always some friend or parent who offers me biscuits and cakes and I can’t say no. After eating huge amount of chocolate on Eastern, I made a rule, that I can only eat delicacy made by me, and I use only whole cane sugar. Luckily my one year old baby keeps me so busy that I can’t bake very often 🙂

    • AWWWW congrats on the baby n are you going to bring him/her up eating healthily? I assume you are as you are aware of the negative impact of sugar soooooo no sweets for him/Her lolololol.
