The mission is of the utmost importance to me because of the benefits of eating healthily. I would have to learn it all myself, as well.

    1. Does it fit with your budget? You do not want to sign up to anything for months only to find that it is unsuitable. Only then have X number of months left after you cancel. You’ll be liable for the cost of the remaining months and will have to buy your way out of it. In other words, you will, therefore, see the need to continue with the best weight loss diet that you have found, and on a whim too, hoping that it works.
    2. Will you have to starve yourself? Nobody in the world (I should certainly think) likes the feeling of intense hunger. So ask yourself, realistically, if the diet will leave you feeling empty right from the word go. If it does, you will more than likely fail at your weight loss attempt, and, also waste your money.

One thing I feel I must say before I answer the question of “What is the best weight loss diet” – It is not a how to lose weight fast in 2-weeks kind of diet post. I am not saying that you cannot lose weight in 2-weeks, more like, it should be more of a consistent journey.

Because more often than not, when you lose a lot of weight in such a short space of time, rarely is it long-lasting. Usually, it returns.

Now eating junk food is easy. However, further along, I am going to list five foods to never eat on the best weight loss diet. You must avoid these at all costs as they are both detrimental to your health and will show you no favors in the weight department.

AT LEAST NOT WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR WEIGHT LOSS EFFORTS

They will be responsible for you putting weight on rather than losing it. It is going to be a massive challenge. However, if you stick to your plan of attack and do not deviate from the upcoming healthy diet menu, then everything will be fine. You can do this, although, be sure that you NEVER EAT the following foods.

These are all awful foods, and you should avoid them. They are in no particular order.

  1. Processed meats – They contain many nitrates and artificial preservatives.
  2. Any artificial sweeteners, try to cut these out of your diet entirely.
  3. Margarine –  If you want to lose your weight steer clear of this fat filled foodstuff.
  4. Any cookies or cakes in a packet – Boxed or in a pack, it will have about 40 unwanted chemicals and lots of added sugar.
  5. A lot of fat-free produce – Lack of fat means the manufacturers will add flavorings to these already highly processed foods.

As soon as I spoke to my friend about how bad they all were for you and gathered myself together. I then did some research on them and what came up on my computer made a seemingly tough decision easier. It was, without question, the most sensible one I would ever make, period.

Before you begin any weight loss attempt, you really must have in place a healthy diet menu and know what not to eat. Take your time over this as I will say this to you for the second time.   • Avocado -Contains lots of vitamins and 75% of the calories come from the excellent fat it contains
  • As I am saying, no amount of positive thought will help you to lose much weight, if any. You really must address the issue of  WHAT you are eating.
  • When you are aware of the healthy foods that we should be eating, you are winning half the battle.

You can eat until you feel you have had enough as long as you consume the correct ingredients. So all you need to do is to ditch your “junk” foods that are either empty calories (contain no vitamins or minerals but do have calories)

Nor should it be loaded with sugar which I have to inform you now are both terrible for you and will help you to gain weight and gradually get more and more unhealthy internally?

Whichever diet you choose to undergo for your weight loss challenge you must treat it as a lifestyle change. It should not be some half-hearted attempt whereby you still expect to see results nothing short of miraculous. You need to find your motivation from somewhere to keep going along this road you have in front of you.

Too Much Of A Good Thing

The point I am saying is this, “you can eat until you feel you have had enough” within reason that is. However, it will always come to an end. When the good food you are eating will no longer benefit you. It will have harmful effects on you, so, do not overindulge on anything!

It remains the same principal for juicing and their recipes as they are exceptionally healthy for you indeed. Nothing else will naturally deliver such a variety of vitamins and minerals.

However, if we ingest copious amounts of these juices, we will likely suffer from an upset stomach. It is something that I’m sure we would much rather avoid.

You see you can lose the weight without using these products don’t get me wrong. However, using one or more of these pieces of apparatus will give you a massive advantage over those that do not care or do not want to use them.

You must think of it as a natural short cut. Forget these so-called “diet” pills. Stick to the best weight loss diet and LEAVE THOSE ALONE.

  2. This was one of the best guides that I have seen to date, and there is no doubt that it is one I will return to more than once as I get serious about losing that extra 20 pounds I now have that is hanging around my belly! I have begun a food diary to track what I am eating and when…

    The next step after I do this for a week or so is to start replacing the bad snacks and foods with more healthy ones that you suggest. Less sugar, more vegetables and less snacking, in general, are the goals to start with. I will also weigh myself every few days and track changes.

    The next area is exercise. I have the equipment and the time, but that does no good unless you get out there and use the stuff. This post has motivated me to focus and start. No time like the present to do it! Thanks again for your excellent article.

  4. As someone who is trying to lose weight, I totally agree with your tips including the foods to NEVER eat. As someone who always is tempted to put the baked cookies in my trolley which has a lot of sugar and additives, I think it’s more about self-control as well, because you have a great diet plan but until you cut out the stuff you wont get results

  6. I finally read on a blog that processed meat isn’t healthy at all! 😀
    I’ve been trying to convince a lot of people that eating processed meat could harm them a lot, and they keep telling me that there’s no way and bla bla blah lol.

  7. The nitrates debate is a hot one right now. We buy the nitrate free lunchmeats, but honestly I’m not sure it makes a big difference. We try to limit our consumption more than anything.

    You have a lot of good points about losing weight. Ditching the processed foods has been the biggest transformation for my weight. The sugar is another big one.

    Do you have any recommendations for meal ideas?

  8. It’s absolutely true that it’s not about how much you eat but what you eat. My lower belly tend to jiggle more if I eat more white bread or white rice. But this can be reduced real quick when I avoid them and within 2 weeks I’ll start looking different.

    I’ve been playing around with diet more recently. I’m slowly adopting vegetarian-ish diet. I’m staying away from meat except for fish. And just eating more fruits and veggies. So far I’ve seen some difference but I gotta continue on a little longer to confirm.

    1. Well, good on you Joon it sounds like you have got your weight issue well under control. Good for you! And yes it is so true, if you eat crap, you’ll look crap. Whereas it is the complete opposite. If you eat healthily, you look you well as well.
