In fact they will be responsible for you putting weight on rather than losing it. This then it goes without saying really is going to be a massive challenge but if you stick to your plan of attack and do not deviate from the upcoming healthy diet menu then everything will be absolutely fine. You can do this. Just make sure that you NEVER eat these foods.
These are all bad foods to avoid and are in no particular order.
- Processed meats – They contain many nitrates and artificial preservatives.
- Any artificial sweeteners – If you can try to cut these out of your diet entirely.

- Any cookies or cakes in a packet – Boxed or packaged has about 40 unwanted chemicals and lots of added sugar.

Nothing else will naturally deliver such a variety of vitamins and minerals, however if we ingest copious amounts of these juices we will likely suffer from an upset stomach. This is something that I’m sure we would much rather avoid.
