What Is The Best Weight Loss Diet? Assault Your Weight Loss With 1

Part of the best weight loss diet

Hello dear reader, help on the best weight loss diet is right before you. You may be aware of it or you may not? Ok, keep reading the article and find out.

The mission of having people eat healthily is of the utmost importance to me. That is because of the benefits of doing so. And, I would have to learn it all for myself, as well.

A Healthy Way Of Thinking

I would need an altogether healthier way of living. And, considering I was pretty bitter about my accident, it did spur me on, and it would change my focus. You can read all about Simon, me, right here.

So, if you’re after the best weight loss diet FAST, then this post may not be for you. What it will do, however, is help you to lose weight consistently.

When You Choose The Best Weight Loss Diet

There are two things that you should be aware of when choosing the best weight loss diet.

    1. Does it fit with your budget? You do not want to sign up to anything for months only to find that it is unsuitable. Only then have X number of months left after you cancel. You’ll be liable for the cost of the remaining months and will have to buy your way out of it. In other words, you will, therefore, see the need to continue with the best weight loss diet that you have found, and on a guess too, hoping that it works.
    2. Will you have to starve yourself? Nobody in the world (I should certainly think) likes the feeling of intense hunger. So ask yourself, realistically, if the diet will leave you feeling empty right from the word go. If it does, you will more than likely fail at your weight loss attempt, and, also waste your money.

It Is Not A How To Lose Weight Fast Post

One thing I feel I must say before I answer the question of “What is the best weight loss diet” – It is not a how to lose weight fast in 2-weeks kind of diet post. I am not saying that you cannot lose weight in 2-weeks, more like, it should be more of a consistent journey.

Because more often than not, when you lose a lot of weight in such a short space of time, rarely is it long-lasting. Usually, it returns.

5 Foods To Never Eat For The Top Weight Loss Diet

Now eating junk food is easy. However, further along, I am going to list five foods to never eat on the best weight loss diet. You must avoid these at all costs as they are both awful your health and will nothing for you in the weight area either.

Eat These Healthy Foods That It Will Read Out To You

They will be responsible for you putting weight on rather than losing it. It is going to be a massive challenge.

Stick To Your Diet

However, if you stick to your plan of attack and do not deviate from the upcoming healthy diet menu, then everything will be fine. You can do this, although, be sure that you NEVER EAT the following foods.

These are all awful foods, and you should avoid them. They are in no particular order.

  1. Processed meats – They contain many nitrates and artificial preservatives.
  2. Any artificial sweeteners, try to cut these out of your diet entirely.
  3. Margarine –  If you want to lose your weight, steer clear of this fat-filled foodstuff.
  4. Any cookies or cakes in a packet – Boxed or in a pack, it will have about 40 unwanted chemicals and lots of added sugar.
  5. A lot of fat-free produce – Lack of fat means the manufacturers will add flavorings to these already highly processed foods.

You Must Look For The Best

As soon as I spoke to my friend about how bad they all were for you. I gathered myself together. I then did some research on them, and what came up on my computer made a seemingly tough decision easier. It was, without question, the most sensible one I would ever make, period.

Before you begin any weight loss attempt, you really must have in place a healthy diet menu and know what not to eat. Take your time over this as I will say this to you for the second time.

No matter what, you will be eating these foods for the duration of your weight loss campaign. That is at the very least if not much longer, so they must be to your liking.

Especially, If You Want To Be Slimmer

If you want to slimmer, this website is going to start you off on the correct path towards reaching the goal that you have.

Always keep in mind that no matter how much you wish, someone could do this for you, nobody can. Unfortunately, it is only you.

Undoubtedly, only you can do it. Sure friends and family and the odd professional can offer support and advice, but ultimately, it is a solo mission.

Love Food, Lose Weight

Love food, lose weight, an irony faced by most dieters. Unless you are going to eat far too much of something (And you know how much is too much). Then, it is not the quantity but the quality of what you are choosing to eat.

You must make sure that the food has strong nutritional values. All too often people wrongly eat a lot of meals, and that is terrible for the best weight loss diet you may choose. Remember, eat little, and often is your best bet.

You really need some of these for a good weight loss diet
Some foods that help to make up weight loss diet

Eating the right foodstuffs is of paramount importance to this journey that you are traveling. Now that you have got your healthy diet menu in place.

Please, allow me to point you in the direction of some of the healthy foods that I would recommend. Yes, anyone who is trying to conceive the best weight loss diet plan. You can squeeze some of these into your list of healthy foods, I’m sure.

Some Healthy Foods Below

In no particular order, here are some items that if you love food, you will still be able to eat and lose weight. Especially with the next component which I’m going to discuss in this post briefly.

  • Apples – An excellent source of antioxidants which help to slow the aging process amongst other things.
  • Blueberries are an excellent source of nutrients and fiber too. Also, they contain antioxidants.
  • Oily fish – Salmon, mackerel, etc. As with most fish, they contain omega- 3, grand for the nervous system and heart.
  • The sweet potato – You will discover many vitamins minerals in these
  • Avocado -Contains lots of vitamins and 75% of the calories come from the excellent fat it contains
  • As I am saying, no amount of positive thought will help you to lose much weight, if any. You really must address the issue of  WHAT you are eating.
  • When you are aware of the healthy foods that we should be eating, you are winning half the battle.

Home Exercise Routines

It then paves the way to ensure that once you have your home exercise routines in place for your weight loss quest. You have to combine your new healthy weight loss diet with an exercise or activity.

You do NOT need to divert your attention to heading off to the gym every time you wish to perform these must-do tasks. Exercises such as these, you can do them in the comfort of your own home for sure.

As I say elsewhere on the site, you must be sure of which exercises it is that you wish to perform. That is because you will spend hours regularly doing the same exercises.

Choosing A Good Exercise Is Super Important

It must be one that you feel you can do time and time again so as not to get bored with it and then give up. It would be the worst possible scenario I know, but it is all too easy to choose one and then regret doing so later on hastily.

The article will enlighten you as to how to approach and enter into the best weight loss diet. There are so many choices available to us that it is challenging to choose the one best suited to us.

If you are fortunate, you may end up with a suitable one straight away, or otherwise, it may just be a case of trial and error until you find yourself the best weight loss diet and exercise for you.

There Is A Lot Of Information Available

Nowadays, the information on these so-called diets is plenty, although to me it is sketchy at best as they are mostly much of a muchness.

Counting Calories, carbohydrates and watching your fat intake and sugar intake, and so on. That, to me, is rather obvious if we are honest with ourselves.

I feel that we can avoid all of this confusion. It is entirely unnecessary when we take the proverbial bull by the horns and go with a truly perfect weight loss diet.

You know what to what I refer right? You may have guessed it it is the natural diet.

But, Why Waste Your Money On A Diet When There Is An Alternative

So I say, there is no point in wasting your time searching out the right diet for you when we can opt for a natural way to lose weight. Thus, avoiding all of these diets and opting for this method. It has been endlessly proven to work (you are here now aren’t you? You might not yet be in the best shape, but you are here.)

You can eat until you feel you have had enough as long as you consume the correct ingredients. So all you need to do is to ditch your “junk” foods that are either empty calories (contain no vitamins or minerals but do have calories)

Nor should it be loaded with sugar which I have to inform you now are both terrible for you and will help you to gain weight and gradually get more and more unhealthy internally?

Whichever diet you choose to undergo for your weight loss challenge you must treat it as a lifestyle change. It should not be some half-hearted attempt whereby you still expect to see results nothing short of miraculous. You need to find your motivation from somewhere to keep going along this road you have in front of you.

Too Much Of A Good Thing

The point I am saying is this, “you can eat until you feel you have had enough” within reason that is. However, it will always come to an end. When the good food you are eating will no longer benefit you. It will have harmful effects on you, so, do not overindulge on anything!

It remains the same principal for juicing and their recipes as they are exceptionally healthy for you indeed. Nothing else will naturally deliver such a variety of vitamins and minerals.

However, if we ingest large amounts of these juices, we will, maybe, suffer from an upset stomach. It is something that I’m sure we would much rather avoid.

You see you can lose the weight without using these products don’t get me wrong. However, using one or more of these pieces of apparatus will give you a massive advantage over those that do not care or do not want to use them.

You must think of it as a natural short cut. Forget these so-called “diet” pills. Stick to the best weight loss diet and LEAVE THOSE ALONE.

Do you see or read anything in this post and its links that leave you with a question or two? If so, please leave me a question, or just leave a comment right in the box below this post.

I am on the website nearly every single day. So, in other words, I will see it, and I will reply to you straight away. Anything to do with fitness and weight loss, I’m your guy.

  1. Hi there my friend Simon,

Great site and a fabulous article. Nitrates are not bad for you as they are found in natural foods such as fruit and vegetables. Nitrate content get converted into nitric oxygen in the mouth by a bacteria.

Nitrate rich diet can help lower blood pressure.

    1. Great, thanks for your Kind comment Derek it is much appreciated. And yes, I have been learning lots to do with dieting over the years. I must say, you are bang on sir with what you say.

  2. How refreshing it is to have a website that advocates eating good healthy food which is unprocessed and not fat free. Too much sugar is the enemy not good fats.

The information you give in this article is sound and steers people away from fad starvation type diets.

‘Love food, lose weight’ is a great phrase and portion control, as you indicated, is of prime importance along with the quality of the food you consume.

As for the exercise routine, you’re right. We don’t all need to head off to the gym and lets face it, not everyone can afford to pay for a gym membership.

All in all this is a very informative and sensible blog with plenty of good tips on how to change your eating and exercise regime and get healthy. Great post!

    1. Thank you indeed Ches I am so glad that you agree with me I am. Thank you for your kind words as this comment helps to motivate me into producing more of the same, dare I say it, great content lol.

  3. I think you’ve hit the nail on the head here with budget – even though you are improving your diet supermarkets tend to jump on your wallet and make it as difficult as possible. For some reason healthy and diet options are really high priced – no wonder so many western countries have a weight problem. Great article!

    1. thank you very much Chris the comment is appreciated yes, and I think that is because these health manufacturers no that there is a demand now more than ever for healthy foods as we are becoming more aware that as well as exercise it is our eating habits that cause the weight gain.

  4. Great tips on weight loss and healthy foods. I was particularly interested in the lunch ideas. We’re all stressed and running around like loons in the morning and it’s so easy to skip breakfast and then be famished by lunchtime, ready to eat anything that doesn’t eat us first.

Then we go out and there is option after option of pure junk, sugar, chemicals, fat covered by more sugar and doused with salt. I think it’s key to prepare some baggies of veggies and fruits and have them in the fridge, ready to grab at a moments notice like in the crazed mornings.

I’ll put some salad in a bowl with a little dressing on the bottom (mix it at work later). I put some chicken or leftovers meats in some baggies and cut come cucumbers into 3 inch chunks in baggie too. In the a.m. I just have to grab and go. I’ll mix it up at lunch. If I’m not organized, I don’t have time to do it in the morning and then the whole diet slips.

  5. I had a great time reading through this, I have a similar site to yours and I completely agree with everything you said, I also work as a level 3 Personal Trainer and I tell my clients this on a daily basis, I love the pictures and the colors match perfectly, Look forward to your upcoming posts.

    1. Thanks Matteo n yes I tried to choose the pictures that will compliment my site. And also, eating healthy as I am sure you are aware of is the first change that you will have to do when combined with some exercise. Well then, you are on to a winner for sure

  6. I found this to be a very educational post. It details how your diet/food choices impact a healthy way of living. One key to healthy living is knowing what to avoid. The list of 10 foods to avoid here are well and entertainingly discussed.

Things like sugar, high sodium content, high fructose corn syrup, processed foods, deep frying, refined white flour, and others are discussed.

It also discusses fitting healthy choices into a budget and being able to fully satisfy your appetite through natural, healthy food choices. Finally the importance of exercise is discussed with emphasis on home-based strategies.

    1. thanks Steve I’m happy that my message was conveyed to you quickly as that is what I have tried to do in this post. Thank you for your kind comment sir and good luck in all that you attempt!

  7. thank you for the awesome tips…

you know I alwasy said that I wished the foods that were bad for us, were the ones that are good for us. BUt thats just me in my own fantasy world. lol thanks for the awesome post..

I am a health and wellness advocate so I always enjoy reading from other like minded people..

    thanks for the great read

    1. you are welcome Nelson, and I’m glad to hear you advocate health and wellness I wish that many more people would too. But alas, junk food currently rules. Well, not if I’ve got anything to do with it lol.

  8. Thank you so much for the very informative article. Some of the foods listed there were foods I honestly didn’t know were that bad for maintaining good form. Thank you for all of the info and I’ll sure make my way to this site if I feel I’m getting a bit overweight.

    1. Haha no it is ok JP thank YOU for your kind remarks. And, yes, they are well researched and hurt us! I have tried to make the reader aware, in the hope that they will at least watch what they eat.

  9. You talk about budget in dieting and that is so important. A lot of my friends spend a whole lot of money to buy so called “clean” food just to lose weight. I don’t know if this is healthy, but it seems that it goes too much over their budget as these foods do cost a lot.

Do you have a specific place where you shop for clean or healthy foods? Or you just buy them from your regular supermarket?

    Anyways, Great article!

    1. thank you for your comment. And yes I buy at my local supermarket, but I buy mainly fresh stuff! You are right though some of these “healthy foods” are more expensive that’s because the manufacturers are aware of the ever-growing demand for them lol

  10. Hello,

This is great article for starters who want to lose some body fat or also want to balance his diet schedule. One and most important thing in whole dieting process in my opinion is balance! If you take one candy every day or chocolate bar you will not get fat instantly.

But if you take bunch of candy every few days or even every day this leads to the fat gaining. Yes off course there are better and worse food to eat when you want to lose fat, and you mention that perfect in you post.

    1. Well thank you for such a glowing analysis of my post. It is always great to know that my work is appreciated. My goal is to help first and if {I make some money while doing it then great.

  11. Hi, Simon!
I like they way you talk about diet. An be healthy not so difficult. And yes, the most important to take away from the home all forbidden food. And do every day any physical trainings, day by day. Surely the result will be great even in 3 weeks.

  12. Hi, Simon, Great article. Absolutely smart attitude to the weight loose. Personally I would add that the most difficult first 3 weeks but then it becomes the way of life, isn”t it?

  13. You are spot on with the foods never to eat!
Processed meats now have been officially declared by the World Health Organization as carcinogens. There’s no doubt in my mind those who make these products know this but don’t care.

If they are carcinogens then how on earth are they still even legal? Money before people of course.

I eat a high carb, low fat vegan diet and it works for me. 168lbs of lean, mean fighting machine lol 🙂

  14. Hi Simon

I have to agree with you here. So many people struggle to lose weight and this can be a very practical guide for them to use.

I am a huge believer of eating non processes foods. This is also a major problem that increases our blood pressure. I know of a guy that did a 30 supervised water fast and he lost 2 pounds a day.

    1. Well first good on him for doing that, kudos where it’s due. Thank you for agreeing with me on that site, I’m trying to help people wherever I can.

  15. Hi Simon,

What a nice and interesting article, I really enjoyed reading it!
I always want to lose some weights even though I am not overweight, but I like to feel very light when I finish eating and get up from the table:)

My daughter is gaining weight lately and, to be honest, I am a little worry about it. I have bookmarked your article so I can show it, my daughter, hoping she will follow the good suggestions you have written.

Is there something special you would recommend for a 12-year-old girl?
    Thank you very much

  16. Thank you for sharing about the best food for diet. I have a question here, what about pears? Pears contain lots of fiber and is good for digestion. There is a saying that you can lose weight faster by cutting down the amount of salt and sodium, what do you think about it?

What about taking laxative/soluble fiber solution like Metamucil or Psyllium Husk, do you think it would be helpful to lose weight? Thanks.

    1. Pears yes sorry they help the digestive system enormously, and I would personally never rely on laxatives to lose your excess weight when all you need is a varied healthy diet and an activity or exercise. Laxatives have a tendency to lead to dependence!

  17. Thanks for this very thorough article on a weight loss diet that includes natural ways to lose as opposed to gimmicky fad diets that seem to come and go, flashes in the pan…

I have been involved in health and nutrition for many years and have published many videos and manuals while serving in the military regarding this subject…

We have always recommended using a natural system over the fad, it is a much more effective solution and over time not only will the fat melt away, but the overall lifestyle is healthier for participants…

Your recommendations are spot on from what I read and follow. Cutting out processed meats and canned/boxed foods that have a lot of chemicals helps.

Reduciung meats overall is not a bad move, most people eat way too much in their diet. The sugars and chemicals found in sodas and sweet drinks are simply not good…

The site here is really good, I have bookmarked…I will use it as a source for referring clients that need a site to come to for getting frank advice and good information. Thanks!

    1. Wow what a glowing insight/comment and I must thank you very much for it. Yes, the natural way is the proven method (we’re here now so..) compared to these other products that just cost extra and have no actual proof to back up their claims. Once again I thank you for such a positive comment.

  18. For losing weight, every little daily routine that you change affect the your body. From taking correct food to taboo food to exercising your body, it is important to take note that to maintain a good body shape, these action must be a routine and not just temporary. A lot of interesting information was elaborates. Thanks for sharing.

    1. thank you, Steve, for your positive words, it is great to hear that someone agrees with me, not that any haven’t. Lol. It inspires me to keep writing it does.

  19. Hey Simon, Great article you have here. I have to say you really gave me a lot to think about when it comes to weight loss dieting. From the foods you should stay away from, to the foods that help you loose the weight. I found it all to be really helpful. I will be sure to share with friends and family. Thanks, Adam

    1. Thank you for your positive comment, Adam, it’s comments like this that inspire me to carry on plugging away, for sure and I’m also glad that you found it useful. Yes if you could share it that would be fantastic.

  20. Hello, Thank you for the information on dieting naturally, for years I had problems with my weight but I always have the easy way in life buying takeaway instead of cooking at home but in the last few days now I have been weighing myself without exercises and eating less of the junk but occasionally just little bit, I have seen results now, the 5 Foods To Never Eat For Your Weight Loss Diet is a great help, thanks

    1. that is fantastic Michael I’m so glad that you enjoyed my post. Yes if you do stick to these foods and eliminate the rubbish (junk) from your diet, you are set for some weight loss, although you will lose more if you DO do an exercise alongside it. For certain.

  21. Hi there Simon,

The reason obesity is such an epidemic issue worldwide is largely due to modernization – sedentary lifestyle and lot’s of processed food being the two biggest factors.

What’s worrying is that we are seeing more younger children becoming overweight as a result of these. Therefore I personally think that healthy lifestyle should start from home.

When parents prepare healthy food for their children, it will remind them to do the same for themselves too. And if they keep doing this on a weekly or even daily basis, it will become a routine habit that makes weight loosing easier on everyone.

  22. Hey there Simon!
You have done a good job in creating this article on weight loss, it is very informative and also interesting to hear! As I myself have a niche on weigh loss I appreciate seeing the posts of others like yourself who I can see have done their research! You are gonna help many people who read this! Take Care!

    1. Thank you so much, and yes for the best weight loss diet I did do a lot of research actual before I started typing. I attempted to make it informative yet keeping it as easy as possible to read. Thank you for your kind comment and I’m so glad that you enjoyed it I really am.

  23. This is awesome work Simon1234bun, I understand and fully support your quest to helping people lose weight naturally. It is easily the safest way to do so and I’m sure you have and will serve many with your knowledge and enthusiasm. Just out of curiosity, does your empathy come from having a similar story to your readers?

    1. Thank you for your kind comment, and I guess it does yes as at one point I was 84 lbs over my initial weight. With all of the medication I was already on I had this aversion to taking any more, and when I heard from a friend about natural weight loss, well let’s say I’ve never looked back.

  24. Hi Simon:

I am attempting to lose about 20 pounds, so I enjoyed learning from you.

I really enjoyed reading your article on the best weight loss diet. You mention margarine being bad for you, but what about butter? Butter has been blamed for obesity and other weight problems, but lately it has been making a comeback.

Butter is rich in vitamins A, E and K2 and most people do not get enough Vitamin K12 especially. Are there types of butter that are better than others? I know chefs often swear to Irish butter. But is it healthier for you? I sometimes will use olive oils in place of butter. Is that a good idea do you think?

I love avocados and I have a great guacamole recipe in which I use ripe avocados for so I like that you included them with foods that are good to eat. I know they have many calories in them, but as you said, they come from the “good fat”

Thank you for posting this article.

    1. Ah well there is a difference between European and US butter and that is its content of butterfat. but studies have actually shown that they found absolutely no association between saturated fat and cardiovascular disease.

Other studies lead to the same conclusion. Butter, as you know, is from cows and margarine is chemist so use common sense and choose which one you’d prefer?

  25. Why must bacon be everywhere?

I am not one for salads since I know they are healthy for you, they just never satisfy my hunger quite that easily. I guess that may be one of the many reasons why people do not eat healthy is that the healthy food is not fulfilling itself. So, they may turn to something that is delicious on their taste buds and be satisfied with that.

What was your favorite unhealthy food you ate before being full committed to eating only healthy food?

Wishing you all the best with your online accomplishments above and beyond the horizon,

    1. I don’t have any, but I do drink a lot of blended juices though to get loads of nutrition. I’m just about to have a grapefruit, still water and manuka honey one in 1-minute, Do you want to try some lol.

      1. Well, I am trying to stay off the sweet stuff lately since some of it getting on my back teeth cause some pain where even my feet ache. Not sure why that is. Perhaps I need a change of diet.

        1. Yh you should it sound to me like the sugar in your sweet stuff is aggravating your teeth. You shouldn’t be eating that stuff anyway lol. If you had read my site properly, you would surely know TO STAY away from sweet fake foodstuffs.

They may taste great, but it is only the artificial enhancers and sweeteners they LOAD THE FOODS up with anyway. Always read the label. I go by this rule. If you can’t pronounce it don’t eat it. Simple.
