When You Choose The Best Weight Loss Diet

There are two things that you should be aware of when choosing the best weight loss diet.

    1. Does it fit with your budget? You do not want to sign up to anything for months only to find that it is unsuitable. Only then have X number of months left after you cancel. You’ll be liable for the cost of the remaining months and will have to buy your way out of it. In other words, you will, therefore, see the need to continue with the best weight loss diet that you have found, and on a guess too, hoping that it works.
    2. Will you have to starve yourself? Nobody in the world (I should certainly think) likes the feeling of intense hunger. So ask yourself, realistically, if the diet will leave you feeling empty right from the word go. If it does, you will more than likely fail at your weight loss attempt, and, also waste your money.

It Is Not A How To Lose Weight Fast Post

One thing I feel I must say before I answer the question of “What is the best weight loss diet” – It is not a how to lose weight fast in 2-weeks kind of diet post. I am not saying that you cannot lose weight in 2-weeks, more like, it should be more of a consistent journey.

Because more often than not, when you lose a lot of weight in such a short space of time, rarely is it long-lasting. Usually, it returns.

5 Foods To Never Eat For The Top Weight Loss Diet

Now eating junk food is easy. However, further along, I am going to list five foods to never eat on the best weight loss diet. You must avoid these at all costs as they are both awful your health and will nothing for you in the weight area either.

AT LEAST NOT WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR WEIGHT LOSS EFFORTS

They will be responsible for you putting weight on rather than losing it. It is going to be a massive challenge.

Stick To Your Diet

However, if you stick to your plan of attack and do not deviate from the upcoming healthy diet menu, then everything will be fine. You can do this, although, be sure that you NEVER EAT the following foods.

These are all awful foods, and you should avoid them. They are in no particular order.

  1. Processed meats – They contain many nitrates and artificial preservatives.
  2. Any artificial sweeteners, try to cut these out of your diet entirely.
  3. Margarine –  If you want to lose your weight, steer clear of this fat-filled foodstuff.
  4. Any cookies or cakes in a packet – Boxed or in a pack, it will have about 40 unwanted chemicals and lots of added sugar.
  5. A lot of fat-free produce – Lack of fat means the manufacturers will add flavorings to these already highly processed foods.

You Must Look For The Best 

As soon as I spoke to my friend about how bad they all were for you. I gathered myself together. I then did some research on them, and what came up on my computer made a seemingly tough decision easier. It was, without question, the most sensible one I would ever make, period.

Before you begin any weight loss attempt, you really must have in place a healthy diet menu and know what not to eat. Take your time over this as I will say this to you for the second time.

No matter what, you will be eating these foods for the duration of your weight loss campaign. That is at the very least if not much longer, so they must be to your liking.

Especially, If You Want To Be Slimmer

If you want to slimmer, this website is going to start you off on the correct path towards reaching the goal that you have.

  • Blueberries are an excellent source of nutrients and fiber too. Also, they contain antioxidants.
  • Oily fish – Salmon, mackerel, etc. As with most fish, they contain omega- 3, grand for the nervous system and heart.
  • The sweet potato – You will discover many vitamins minerals in these
  • Avocado -Contains lots of vitamins and 75% of the calories come from the excellent fat it contains
  • As I am saying, no amount of positive thought will help you to lose much weight, if any. You really must address the issue of  WHAT you are eating.
  • When you are aware of the healthy foods that we should be eating, you are winning half the battle.

So I say, there is no point in wasting your time searching out the right diet for you when we can opt for a natural way to lose weight. Thus, avoiding all of these diets and opting for this method. It has been endlessly proven to work (you are here now aren’t you? You might not yet be in the best shape, but you are here.)

You can eat until you feel you have had enough as long as you consume the correct ingredients. So all you need to do is to ditch your “junk” foods that are either empty calories (contain no vitamins or minerals but do have calories)

Nor should it be loaded with sugar which I have to inform you now are both terrible for you and will help you to gain weight and gradually get more and more unhealthy internally?

Whichever diet you choose to undergo for your weight loss challenge you must treat it as a lifestyle change. It should not be some half-hearted attempt whereby you still expect to see results nothing short of miraculous. You need to find your motivation from somewhere to keep going along this road you have in front of you.

Too Much Of A Good Thing

The point I am saying is this, “you can eat until you feel you have had enough” within reason that is. However, it will always come to an end. When the good food you are eating will no longer benefit you. It will have harmful effects on you, so, do not overindulge on anything!

It remains the same principal for juicing and their recipes as they are exceptionally healthy for you indeed. Nothing else will naturally deliver such a variety of vitamins and minerals.

However, if we ingest large amounts of these juices, we will, maybe, suffer from an upset stomach. It is something that I’m sure we would much rather avoid.

You see you can lose the weight without using these products don’t get me wrong. However, using one or more of these pieces of apparatus will give you a massive advantage over those that do not care or do not want to use them.

You must think of it as a natural short cut. Forget these so-called “diet” pills. Stick to the best weight loss diet and LEAVE THOSE ALONE.

    Great site and a fabulous article. Nitrates are not bad for you as they are found in natural foods such as fruit and vegetables. Nitrate content get converted into nitric oxygen in the mouth by a bacteria.

    Nitrate rich diet can help lower blood pressure.

  2. How refreshing it is to have a website that advocates eating good healthy food which is unprocessed and not fat free. Too much sugar is the enemy not good fats.

    The information you give in this article is sound and steers people away from fad starvation type diets.

    ‘Love food, lose weight’ is a great phrase and portion control, as you indicated, is of prime importance along with the quality of the food you consume.

    As for the exercise routine, you’re right. We don’t all need to head off to the gym and lets face it, not everyone can afford to pay for a gym membership.

  3. I think you’ve hit the nail on the head here with budget – even though you are improving your diet supermarkets tend to jump on your wallet and make it as difficult as possible. For some reason healthy and diet options are really high priced – no wonder so many western countries have a weight problem. Great article!

  4. Great tips on weight loss and healthy foods. I was particularly interested in the lunch ideas. We’re all stressed and running around like loons in the morning and it’s so easy to skip breakfast and then be famished by lunchtime, ready to eat anything that doesn’t eat us first.

    Then we go out and there is option after option of pure junk, sugar, chemicals, fat covered by more sugar and doused with salt. I think it’s key to prepare some baggies of veggies and fruits and have them in the fridge, ready to grab at a moments notice like in the crazed mornings.

    I’ll put some salad in a bowl with a little dressing on the bottom (mix it at work later). I put some chicken or leftovers meats in some baggies and cut come cucumbers into 3 inch chunks in baggie too. In the a.m. I just have to grab and go. I’ll mix it up at lunch. If I’m not organized, I don’t have time to do it in the morning and then the whole diet slips.

  9. You talk about budget in dieting and that is so important. A lot of my friends spend a whole lot of money to buy so called “clean” food just to lose weight. I don’t know if this is healthy, but it seems that it goes too much over their budget as these foods do cost a lot.

    Do you have a specific place where you shop for clean or healthy foods? Or you just buy them from your regular supermarket?

    This is great article for starters who want to lose some body fat or also want to balance his diet schedule. One and most important thing in whole dieting process in my opinion is balance! If you take one candy every day or chocolate bar you will not get fat instantly.

    But if you take bunch of candy every few days or even every day this leads to the fat gaining. Yes off course there are better and worse food to eat when you want to lose fat, and you mention that perfect in you post.

    Processed meats now have been officially declared by the World Health Organization as carcinogens. There’s no doubt in my mind those who make these products know this but don’t care.

    If they are carcinogens then how on earth are they still even legal? Money before people of course.

    I eat a high carb, low fat vegan diet and it works for me. 168lbs of lean, mean fighting machine lol 🙂

    I have to agree with you here. So many people struggle to lose weight and this can be a very practical guide for them to use.

    I am a huge believer of eating non processes foods. This is also a major problem that increases our blood pressure. I know of a guy that did a 30 supervised water fast and he lost 2 pounds a day.

  16. Thank you for sharing about the best food for diet. I have a question here, what about pears? Pears contain lots of fiber and is good for digestion. There is a saying that you can lose weight faster by cutting down the amount of salt and sodium, what do you think about it?

    What about taking laxative/soluble fiber solution like Metamucil or Psyllium Husk, do you think it would be helpful to lose weight? Thanks.

    1. Pears yes sorry they help the digestive system enormously, and I would personally never rely on laxatives to lose your excess weight when all you need is a varied healthy diet and an activity or exercise. Laxatives have a tendency to lead to dependence!

    I have been involved in health and nutrition for many years and have published many videos and manuals while serving in the military regarding this subject…

    We have always recommended using a natural system over the fad, it is a much more effective solution and over time not only will the fat melt away, but the overall lifestyle is healthier for participants…

    Your recommendations are spot on from what I read and follow. Cutting out processed meats and canned/boxed foods that have a lot of chemicals helps.

    Reduciung meats overall is not a bad move, most people eat way too much in their diet. The sugars and chemicals found in sodas and sweet drinks are simply not good…

    The reason obesity is such an epidemic issue worldwide is largely due to modernization – sedentary lifestyle and lot’s of processed food being the two biggest factors.

    What’s worrying is that we are seeing more younger children becoming overweight as a result of these. Therefore I personally think that healthy lifestyle should start from home.

    When parents prepare healthy food for their children, it will remind them to do the same for themselves too. And if they keep doing this on a weekly or even daily basis, it will become a routine habit that makes weight loosing easier on everyone.

    I really enjoyed reading your article on the best weight loss diet. You mention margarine being bad for you, but what about butter? Butter has been blamed for obesity and other weight problems, but lately it has been making a comeback.

    Butter is rich in vitamins A, E and K2 and most people do not get enough Vitamin K12 especially. Are there types of butter that are better than others? I know chefs often swear to Irish butter. But is it healthier for you? I sometimes will use olive oils in place of butter. Is that a good idea do you think?

    I love avocados and I have a great guacamole recipe in which I use ripe avocados for so I like that you included them with foods that are good to eat. I know they have many calories in them, but as you said, they come from the “good fat”

    1. Ah well there is a difference between European and US butter and that is its content of butterfat. but studies have actually shown that they found absolutely no association between saturated fat and cardiovascular disease.

      Other studies lead to the same conclusion. Butter, as you know, is from cows and margarine is chemist so use common sense and choose which one you’d prefer?

  25. Why must bacon be everywhere?

    I am not one for salads since I know they are healthy for you, they just never satisfy my hunger quite that easily. I guess that may be one of the many reasons why people do not eat healthy is that the healthy food is not fulfilling itself. So, they may turn to something that is delicious on their taste buds and be satisfied with that.

    1. I don’t have any, but I do drink a lot of blended juices though to get loads of nutrition. I’m just about to have a grapefruit, still water and manuka honey one in 1-minute, Do you want to try some lol.

      1. Well, I am trying to stay off the sweet stuff lately since some of it getting on my back teeth cause some pain where even my feet ache. Not sure why that is. Perhaps I need a change of diet.

        1. Yh you should it sound to me like the sugar in your sweet stuff is aggravating your teeth. You shouldn’t be eating that stuff anyway lol. If you had read my site properly, you would surely know TO STAY away from sweet fake foodstuffs.

          They may taste great, but it is only the artificial enhancers and sweeteners they LOAD THE FOODS up with anyway. Always read the label. I go by this rule. If you can’t pronounce it don’t eat it. Simple.
